Manifest

Every property gets one tour route and one packet route.

01 · scaffold

Create the property shell.

Use scripts/create-property.py to create the folder, property JSON, asset directories, and manifest entry.

02 · room assets

Attach clean room scans only.

Process one room at a time with scripts/prepare-room-splat.sh. The validator blocks ready rooms with missing .sog files.

03 · publish

Deploy after smoke test.

Check the tour route, packet route, and mobile-ish layout before sending the agent a link.
