Room-by-room scans turned into clean shareable listing links. A lightweight test for fast property walkthroughs — not a measurement-grade Matterport replacement.
What this is
The demo shows the format: room navigation, listing context, a hosted page, and a staged 3D viewer path. The important test is still ahead: one real Scaniverse room from an iPhone 16 Pro Max, checked on web and mobile.
Guardrail
If a room scan looks weak, the product should fall back to cleaner media or a rescan. The output is a presentable property link, not a raw scan dump.
